Klaudeville started as a simple idea. Mon and Sunshine, a married freelancer couple working on Upwork (then Odesk), realized they could deliver more value to clients by building a small, trusted team around their network of skilled customer service, marketing, and ecommerce professionals — many of whom came from major brand environments like Apple, Dell, Chase, Telus, and IBM.
